Refund policy

30-day free returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free.

Graded honestly
We grade and photograph every frame before we list it. If you disagree with the grade when your order arrives, contact us and we'll make it right.

How to start a return
Email hi@refiteyewear.com with your order number. We'll set up your return and email you a prepaid return label.

Condition
Please send the item back in the condition you received it, with everything it came with (such as a case or tags). If an item comes back damaged or in a different condition, we may issue a partial refund.

Refunds
We'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 3 business days of your return arriving. The original shipping charge isn't refunded. Your bank may take a few more days to post the refund.

Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
